Meet Our Team

Alex Carrillo

Field Supervisor

Alex has been with Paige Landscape since its inception and was the company’s second employee hired. He has had many roles and worn many hats at Paige from a Maintenance Team Leader, Irrigation Technician and now Field Supervisor. Alex enjoys helping out in the field when needed and thinks there is something really satisfying about a freshly mowed lawn. Outside of work, Alex’s likes to watch soccer. His favorite team is Barcelona and his favorite player is Lionel Messi. Family means everything to Alex. He’s the father of a 18-year-old son (who works part time for us now) and 11-year-old daughter. They love watching movies together and sometimes watch the same movie multiple times. Alex’s favorite family tradition is decorating the Christmas tree together, they really get into all the different lights and colors, especially the ones synced up to Christmas music. Traveling is also something they look forward to as a family, they fulfilled their dream of a family vacation to Disney World last year and are looking forward to a new destination – Las Vegas!

Kerry Draicchio

Office Manager

As Paige Landscape’s Office Manager, Kerry brings 25+ years of various business management and leadership experiences to the company. She has worked in my different small business roles including retail management, food service management and has even owned her own small vintage and antiques business. She holds a B.S. in Business Management/Entrepreneurial Studies and a A.S. degree in Interior Decorating & Merchandising from Endicott College. Kerry has a passion for gardening, flowers, decorating and anything vintage or antique, she is crafty and still has a side business designing and making scarfs that she sells at local artisan shows. She is excited to be a part of the team and contribute her business knowledge to growing the landscape business.

Field Supervisor

John Murphy

Director of Operations

John serves as the Director of Operations at Paige Landscape, where he plays a key role in overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, project execution, team development, and continued growth.

With a focus on both the customer experience and the details behind the scenes, John works closely with Paige Landscape’s leadership, field teams, clients, and industry partners to ensure production is organized, efficiently managed, and completed to the company’s high standards. His responsibilities span landscape construction, maintenance, enhancements, snow and ice management, estimating, scheduling, operational planning, and helping drive the company’s overall growth and success.

With over 25 years of practical, hands-on industry experience, John brings a straightforward and collaborative approach to leadership. He believes that successful partnerships are built on strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things the right way. He is passionate about developing efficient systems, building strong teams, sharing business knowledge, and continually improving the way Paige Landscape operates and serves its clients.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his family, boating, golfing, and staying involved in youth baseball.

Brian Paige, MCLP

President

Brian is the President of Paige Landscape Company, Inc. He began his career at the age of fourteen working in a local garden center and nursery in Quincy, MA after following the guidance and encouragement of his mother. Through his adolescent years, his landscape maintenance background was highly influenced by his father, who owned a landscape company in Central Florida. With over 38 years of experience in the green industry, he has held a variety of account and general manager positions for both large and small landscape companies. Brian holds a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, is a certified Massachusetts Landscape Professional (MCLP), Past President of the Massachusetts Association of Landscape Professionals (MLP), and is a Massachusetts licensed pesticide applicator.

Brian enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, twin boys Bryson and Jaden as well as his extended family.

Luis Sequeira

Account Manager

Luis has been working in the green industry for over 35 years. After working many years with a large national landscape company, Luis came to work with Paige Landscape Company and has been here since the company’s inception. Luis coordinates and helps oversee quality control of our properties in both the landscape and snow management divisions of the company. Customer account relations is first and foremost to Luis. His communication skills and guidance of the landscape crews is what keeps our customers coming back year after year.

Luis lives in south coast Massachusetts with his wife and two daughters. He is a big Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoys playing his drum set.
